Vu tv installation
I have purchased vu 55 inch tv from Lulu connect in Trivandrum outlet.
Today has the date of delivery.
Yesterday was a boy came to install the tv . But not get the product yesterday also ,tell them that delivery has tomorrow onwards and you come after delivery.
Today I call that boy Anand (+919895* ***05) to say tv has delivered and to please come and fix it, ok that's boy says 6pm surely come .
Then not yet come
Call so many time not answering, and I call another number and asked to when will come.
The boy Anand was say very bad behavily to i can't come today .so rough and tough.
Please understand my situation and initiate proper action against this case of behaviour

Customer Care support is pathetic
I reached out to customer care for repair my defective VU LED 50 inch TV.
Found multiple VU centers in Gurgaon each claiming to be genuine VU company authorized service center.
Based on the star ratings I call one and requested service support. A service engineer was arranged how confirming the issue after inspection and asked me to Pay for LED backlight replacement but I double checked the genuineness of tge part he will be installing had some doubts on cost too so contacted the VU again..
t again contacted service center they are now they want to pay service fees again??pathetic. Whay cant they just tell me the replacement part cost so that I can decide whether or not to repair.
Preferred solution: Part cost for LED backlight for VU LED 150GP TV.
